Nickel Base Alloy Flux Cored Welding Wire
ENiCrCoMo1TO-4
According to AWS A5.34 ENiCrCoMo1TO-4
Application: This welding wire is designed for use with nickel-chrome-cobalt-molybdenum alloys, including materials such as ASTM B166 and ASTM B168. It is well-suited for surfacing welding on steel surfaces as well as for welding nickel-iron-chromium base materials.
Characters: The nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy flux-cored welding wire boasts a high alloy content, providing excellent strength and oxidation resistance at temperatures ranging from 820°C to 1150°C. The wire offers a stable arc and produces aesthetically pleasing welds with minimal spatter. It also features easy slag removal and strong resistance to porosity, ensuring high-quality welds with reliable performance.
Instruction:
1. Gas shield:75%-80%Ar+CO2.
2.Pay attention to welding speed and reduce slag inclusion.
3. Before welding, the rust, oil and water on the weldment must be removed.
4. Note that the temperature between channels should be controlled within 100℃.
5. Minimize the amount of heat input, such as swing electrode, swing buoyancy should not be too wide.
6. When the arc is closed, the arc pit must be filled to prevent the arc pit crack, if it occurs, it must be polished with a grinder before continuing to weld
